What Mechanism would you implement to secure an equal excess to Sex for everyone?

i don't and communist societes were notorious for failing to make sex 'fairly distributed'... if abortions were banned then they had problems with illegal abortions and full orphanages... literally a mountain of evidence that women wanted to fuck before marriage..

no, it's too hard to enforce that.
with abortion you can at least tell doctors that it's illegal to do it and that they will lose their jobs. and it still didn't work anyway.

Well maybe we do it a bit more like the chinese Social credit systemes were certain actions (for example abortion or havin multiple Partners) bein punished and for others you get benefits (for example mating with someone below your tier).

Interesting question, I dont knew any but tbh I never thaught about this. But the in theory every goverment punishes bad behavior and some also support good behavior.
