People who look similar to this (with blonde hair and blue eyes) is pretty standard here in Norway. I rarely see this type of phenotype in American movies though. There could be 4 guys in a Norwegian football team looking almost exactly like this guy and all being 6'-6'3". Sometimes I forget that naturally blonde hair and blue eyes isn't that common outside of Northern Europe.

not always blue eyes but they're white and tall, not always with blonde hair either but there are a lot

Blue eyes is a very distinct feature and blonde hair too even among whites especially consider the racemixing that's happened for so many years

Yes but Aryan isn't just "white person" it's Hitler's ideal, a Nordic race and blue eyes and blonde hair is more common in Scandinavia than in any other white countries.
