If Vladamir Putin believes that Russia is about to fall to the West and is about to be removed from power or his life is in danger , then he will probably go ballistic and launch nukes at NATO counties and the USA. Another way ww3 can happen is if China invades Taiwan, but instead of China fighting Taiwan in a 1v1, Taiwan will be backed by the USA, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and NATO. China has few allies like Iran and North Korea, they are weak allies for sure. If China believes it can't win the war agansint all of these allied countries, it may also use nukes
