I just wake up and already I wanna die.

How is it possible to work hard for something and have motivation when you've been bullied and outcast by everyone and been in isolation for a year how do you even care about anything in life anymore?

Motivation is myth.
It's all discipline.
The first month is very tough but after that it gets easier.
Set a realistic goal and give your 100% for just 30 days. That's all it takes.

If the job isn't paying you at least 70k a year then there's no point, unless there's a good possibility of getting a raise. Other than that the best thing to do is work for yourself and get paid under the table, or become neet somehow.
