Inhib is a result of past experiences. Being constantly rejected socially because ugly and being treated like shit by women leads to high inhib.

Buying a gun and going bananas is a new experience, so the body doesn’t stop you.

Or, more commonly, they are (literal) autists with social anxiety but no empathy.
