Serious how can people cope with drugs if they are mentally unstabled?

i could never smoke weed, drink or do drugs if my mind isnt mentally stabled. People who do drugs tend to rely on it.

nah im in a depressive state, it wont help me be any better.

Drugs will bring out your real feelings, if you're depressed deep down, you'll have bad trips and only end up worse.

I got paranoid from smoking weed, so i quit.
I guess drugs arent for me but for happy ppl
