Our main character is Holden who just like us is very frustrated at this world. I can't fully relate to him coz he was 6'2 and went to boarding school meaning he has a good background.
He has a oneitis called Jane who was his childhood friend and has known her for a while.
One day he was asked by his Chad roommate, Ward to help him on his homework so Ward could go on a date. To Holden's shock he finds out Ward's date was with Jane.
After Ward returns back to the dorm from his date, he brags about how he basically ended up in a car for le sexy time with Jane. He basically describes her as another hole to put his dick in rather than a human being. Naturally Holden gets real fucking mad and ends up getting into a fight with Ward.
Throughout the book, this act Mentally scars Holden as he becomes rather obsessive with the idea of sex. How did his oneitis so easily fuck some Chad she never even met before? It makes no sense! Eventually he tries to escortmaxx but also gets blown off by a hooker.
Anyway, the whole idea of the blackpill isn't a modern thing. Even this book knew about how people acted back then. It's funny how people praise it's a great book and can relate to Holden hating everyone. Yet they don't want to admit the parts about Ward and Jane are also true.
