When I go into application manager and can force stop these but I cannot uninstall. Eventhough I have deleted my accounts ages ago I still do not want these programs on my phe.

Don't you have an option to uninstall all of it's updates? The app will kinda stay, it will be disabled and the filesize will go down to a megabyte or 2.
