After starving myself for months I got to a point where I barely lose any weight and and every time I eat a bit more again I bounce back to thr weight I was a month ago.
Any advice on how to progress from here? I need to lose only 5 kg tbh.

Find your matience then eat 500 calories less, wait till you stall eat 500 less again

Cut out gluten, added sugar, juices, rice, and low quality foods. Then just work out hard.

Your body literally developed through all of evolution to survive starvation, its not gonna work. Ketogenic diets proven to work well, if you don't mind not eating carbs. What worked for me is no processed foods, more veggies, lean meats, and soups. Eat only when you're hungry, not when its meal time. Eat slowly and take sips of water inbetween bites. If you're eating healthily and till satisfaction, calorie counting isn't rlly required, I don't get the obsession.

i lost 30 pounds in the last 3 months. i eat roughly 1200-1400 calories a day and only drink water. that’s really all there is to it.

I cant put on any weight. Im in the same weight for 5 years.

Permanent lifestyle changes are required to lose weight. In example adopting vegetarianism for the rest of your life. This is the only thing that works.

The US dieting industry alone is worth about $72 billion, causing yo-yo dieting for the sufferers of gluttony. It doesn´t work and dieters end up dying fat.

lots of water and fiber
eat a lot of food but eat only foods with low caloric density (so mostly veggies)

Calories out > Calories in

Follow a low-carb healthy diet without starving yourself and do physical activity like gym and cardio. At least this is how I do it.

Eating max 2 meals a day works for me when combined with cardio like cycling

@KingOfRome
Multiply your body weight in pounds by 10. That will be the upper limit for the number of calories you should be eating. Also, keep in mind your body will be retaining water during a diet, so if you're in the correct calorie deficit, you should still be losing body fat even if you're not losing weight. Measure your waistline every couple weeks or so. It should be getting smaller.

Wow thanks for the responses guys. It really helps

keton diet
It doesn't actually matter if your calories are coming from fats or carbs as long as you're in the correct calorie deficit. However, since OP is vegan, and most vegan foods are high carb low fat, he would be best served limiting fats rather than carbs. He can get his essential fats from chia seeds, flax meal, and other foods with a high ratio of essential fats to total calories, or he can take a supplement.
