Building a house independently is a super difficult task. You need much knowledge about construction, foundations, electricals, plumbing, insulation, roofing, etc.

I found one loophole

you need to become a farmer, buy plot of land, make a "business" with animals or crops on the land then you are allowed to turn that piece of land into a plot you can live on permanently, then they leave you alone.

Best way to do it is buy a plot that is a farm and has outbuildings you can convert quite easily and cheaply, but is remote, arable land in the U.K. IS FAR CHEAPER THAN RESIDENTIAL LAND, however like I just said you need to become a farmer to actually turn this into a plot you can legally live on.
