Serious How can I induce a quick growth boost before I stop growing entirely?

So I’m 16 and 5’11, I so want to get to 6’0 or up to 6’2 if possible, however both my parents are shorter than I am already and it’s a miracle I made it this far. Like my mum is 5’2 and my dad was 5’10

Any tips on a quick final growth spurt? Any nutrients I should be eating? I doubt my genetics will let me grow much more than this.

I got no height gain because I hit puberty early, and my high T levels caused my growth plates to fuse. I did seem to gain frame though, and my facial bone structure changed a whole lot in just a year. I didn't get what U mainly wanted them for, but I still got good things from them.

Since you are still growing, expect to see some height gains.

Think I already have gained height but will know for sure when I remeasure.

When I last measured I was 171cm. My dad recently got his height measured and he is 170cm and I am taller than him by a little bit so I may be closer to 5”8 now.

Any height gain past 15 will be minimal. Peptides are mostly a cope and might give you an inch if you've been blasting them since 13. You might reach 6ft as your chest grows though.

Depends on whether you’re a late bloomer or not

I am so they may be of use to me. Even getting 1-2 inches will make a whole lot of difference.
