You can report people to the IRS, I mean most Normies commit some kind of fraud especially listing dependents that aren't theirs but you have to explicitly state on the report that you've heard that person talking about committing this fraud and the person in charge has ways of figuring out if it's true or not. Once they catch them committing this fraud for a certain year they'll go back and review all their previous taxes and all that shit adds up. There's more shit you can do but this is the most legal one.
