I used to have dark eye bags and it looked pretty bad.

It's gotten much better, but I can't tell what improved for sure. It took a long time and during that time I changed quite a few things in my lifestyle (much more exercise and low carb diet for instance).

In any case, I can tell you it's definitely reversible, but you'll have to try stuff and it will take time.

It depends on what you mean by bags. Do you mean the "flat" dark bags? If so, probably a suborbital rim or cheekbone implant (or both) should help. If its the normal bags then lower blepharoplasty I guess.
