Idk if a surgery for this is even possible, but eye areas surgeries I heard about are very risky. I'd say having hunter eyes but narrow jaw would allow to prettyboymaxx (lookscels, send that guy pic), while having top tier jaw with horrible eye area wouldn't get you far. You can ascend with good eye area as long as you're not disfigured. But If you have eye area like this guy, nothing would help you even if you'd jawmog Cavill
