I’ve got braces on for a year, so yeah my teeth are getting perfect. 1 year ago they were a mess
I have very narrow palate and deformed crooked teeth. My teeth were perfectly straight at 10 then mouth breathing came in and fucked everything. 10 year old me should've chosen dying.
My teeth got discolored and I had lots of cavities from years of veganism (carbs are sugar which rot your teeth, and you miss out on teeth-building vitamins). Now that I eat a better diet I haven't had any more cavities. They're still discolored, of course, but for my age it's not that bad.
