Called him this morning. He's more based than cuck, but he's also a boomer, so it averages out in the end. We butted heads when I was young, but now that I'm older I understand him more and am glad to have some kind of relationship with him (we live in different cities, though, so I don't see him or my mom that much, which I feel guilty about).

As for myself, I cried in church this morning when a segment about fathers and the importance and joy of it was put in the prayer of the church. I, being the only adult man there who is unmarried, alone, and childless, felt very sad and left out, as being a father is something I've always wanted. It's joy is incomparable.
Every 11 years or so my birthday is on father's day (it will be in 2021 next). I was hoping to be a father by then, but it's not looking so good.
