How are we gonna have "wristcells" yet no shouldercells?

Apart from face and height, shoulders are the most important physical trait, yet I don't see anyone mentioning it. 

Prettyboy twinks can get away without it because their face makes up for it. If you have semi decent shoulders and anything but a <2/10 face you're a volcel.

Wristcel is just a meme. But I agree with OP about shoulders being important, broad shoulders are a sign of dimorphism and make you look big framed and thus attractive
