Workout and eat right and you will magically feel like life is worth fighting for and there is a battle for you. All my lifts have been going up. Deadlift. Bench. Curl. Squat. I'm happy now and want war.

I don't know if other people care to though. The hardest part is getting the "motivation" to get fitter, then the testosterone comes and balanced hormones bring your mind and emotions prosperity.
