I seriously doubt anyone who identifies as an incel here or on similar sites would also be a white knight. Given the widespread resentment/distrust of women, why would incels go out of their way to help them?

It’s not identifying yourself as incel so much as merely being celibate but not wanting to be. However, I have seen guys in “incel” communities who were WKs, they’ve stood up for women just because or admitted to helping some. It’s societal conditioning and/or the faint hope of her liking him for it.
