I agree with this point, mostly. New technology such as Tinder and better transportation, lack of punishment or shaming for female promiscuity, and especially women working and having money pretty much destroyed serious relationships/marriage. But there's also the fact men have higher sex drives, you can force a woman to marry a man, but not to feel attraction to him.
Of course sex is more important ultimately, but when you narrow your definition to "either you want sex right now or you are a volcel" then it loses all meaning. Most people, even men, have characteristics they desire in a sexual partner and prefer to get to know the partner first before the sex act.
I disagree with the amount of specification and exigence. Yeah, everyone has preferences, most men would prefer looksmatch or above, most men would prefer getting to know, even if a bit, before sex, I get it. But if women give you chances of having sex and relationships constantly, especially if they're not hideous, especially if they are attractive, and you reject all of them because they or the circumstances don't perfectly match your criteria, I'm not sure if you can really be considered an incel.
Attractive to one person may not be attractive to the other. A male 8 is not gonna say a 4 is attractive, while a 4, 5 and probably even 6 will.
The standards don't always match the person's own attraction level though. But ok.
Men have higher sex drives. Men have lower biological cost to sex. Put 50 men and 50 women together somewhere, all belonging to the same looks level (rated as objectively as possible), and more men would want sex and relationships with women there than the other way around.
In terms of just sex, they hardly can, but in terms of relationships, they can and are right now. The top 20% of men can't have serious relationships with all women at the same time. That's why so many women are single when pretty much every woman should be able to acquire a relationship with her looksmatch without any problem.
