No someone in my area apparently suffered from bad health due to drinking too many. Well he thinks that is the cause. Not proven though I'd say be careful with them.

It does sound better to live that way than having anxiety. Anyway with me too much caffeine makes me nervous. So glad to hear it doesn't affect you that way.
The one I had does make me feel jittery.
I see well a sign that you need to slow down. If you like the sugar then drink a soda in between.
