1. You think foids arent consciously aware of their eugenics? In any case, just because something is instinctive doesnt make it right. Also a lot of what hitler did can be attributed to instincts of propagating one's own race. Hitler wanted resources and Germany was growing fast and the only way he could do this was by annexing the resources of another population so to speak.

2. Hitler falsely attributed ones physical traits with "good genes" similar to what foids are doing now. Both are eugenicists.

3. Hitler caused a lot more than 6 million deaths if you include the citizens killed in the Soviet union. Foids have aborted far more babies. Abortion = murder.

It is good selection because it correlates with good health. Only the fittest peacocks are capable of getting such beautiful feathers. Ergo, those with beautiful feathers will likely also be of high genetic quality in general.

Your point is completely valid, but then it becomes a question whether this downside outweighs the upside in my paragraph above --- and the fact that peacocks exist and do as they do confirms that the upside outweighs the downside.

So by that logic if a person is not directly involved in a murder he is not responsible for it. That's a whole new level of stupidity.

I'm not justifying it. I hate abortion with a passion. (For what it's worth I hate birth control with a passion, too, because it allowed women to be sluts without the consequences of pregnancy.)

From a sexual selection standpoint, a good peacock is one with the biggest feathers. From a survival stand point, its not. Good genes do not mean good health.

Look at human foids for example. Foids generally go for tall men which has made human men taller on average. Does height here correlate with health? Are taller men healthier than shorter ones?

Studies so far havent indicated taller = better health atleast at heights above 5 8. But foids still want 6 ft or more.
