JFL Hole turns in DNA evidence of her "rape", gets arrested for different crime

pussy pass denied

Lmao, imagine literally giving the police evidence if you’re a felon. Foids are retarded

As much as I dislike siding with femoids, I think there's a potential Fourth Amendment issue for the police to take a rape kit and not disclose to an alleged victim that the DNA will be entered into law enforcement databases.

What the police should do is notify alleged victims that their DNA will be entered into law enforcement databases, and refuse to test a rape kit if the alleged victim objects.

Just don't do crimes wtf, they want justice while evading it.

Look how they complain. They have so much to hide.

Criminals should not be protected for being the victim in a different crime.

Not all crimes are bad, but she probably did something very bad to be a felon.

Probaly a non-Chad made a move.

I actually agree. And to anyone saying "just don't commit crimes" lmao. Yeah and when they make being an incel a crime? or not having had a gf a crime? various copes (drugs and hookers) are already crimes in many places. Just fucking LOL at incels being state bootlickers and defending the arbitrary rules of criminality.

Enjoy going to prison to ROT next time you get a blood test because they match your DNA from the blood test to DNA found on your drug dealer or the hooker you "escortmaxxed" with. :feelsbaton:

What people are forgetting is that DNA snitches not only on you but also on your family members. There is definitely an ethical concern here when it comes to handling DNA information.

Some people uphold their DNA to genealogy websites and then the police find out that their DNA is a partial match for an unknown person's profile in a cold case, and boom, they find out their relative committed murder 40 years ago. I don't know about you but I would definitely never consent to allow my information be used to rat out a family member.

Just dont commit commit crimes theory.

Imagine thinking that only guilty people get arrested. Don't be stupid.
Fuck your family members if they committed crimes tbh. Like lmao. The harsher the authorities are, the less crimes there would be and the better society would become :feelsLightsaber:

Absolutely zero empirical evidence to support this point.

This is a view greatly supported by feminazis, though. They love the idea that they can point their finger at any man on the street, spin a lie, and then send the man to prison for the next 10-20 years, thanks to coercive plea bargaining and a litany of other underhanded practices that prosecutors adopt. Tough-on-crime policies are inextricably tied to carceral feminism.

If authorities were harsher, foids wouldnt get away with accusing men :feelsjuice:

Anyone who is against liberal use of DNA for law enforcement is a pseudo-intellectual fool. 3 reasons:

Who here is against the "liberal use of DNA by law enforcement"?
