Yes, I can. It is similar to Urdu since Urdu follows the Persian script which in turn follows the Arabic script. I actually forgot how to read Arabic since I didn't do anything with it when I got into high school, but last year, I re-learned it myself by re-learning the Urdu alphabet. I can't read it as fast as I used to but I can read it at a pretty slow pace. And then sometimes I still pronounce things badly when I try to read Urdu text. Practice makes perfect.
