Gooner shit. Dxd is more important for gooning culture in that it's one of the ecchi animes that opened the doors for even more degenerate gooner shit to come after like Shinmai Maou and Masou Gakuen. Both of which are way better in terms of gooning than dxd.

Dxd is boring af. The relationship dynamics are pretty much the only good aspect of it (aside form the smut ofc). The light novels give more context but are even less entertaining than the show. There are no objectively good ecchi but there are better ones than DxD

Watched s1 ngl if you expect a booby adventure then you're scammed. The whole ecchi were pretty tame and it dragged out with it's shitty ass story. 4/10.
