Here is a typical example of people who come from generations of poverty vs people who during their life time can at least build some wealth.

Delayed gratification is like saving to buy 1000 laptops and get the discounted rate from the manufacture for buying bulk in China then selling them in USA or EU making $100 profit off each laptop. $100 X 1000 = $100 000.

It could take 5-10 years to save up all that cash for the common wage slavers and once the ball is rolling then the money is rolling till death or retirement.

Thats the difference between people in poverty and people who can build at least something even if its just an apartment paid off in full
