The party name is a misnomer they are Conservative Ultranationalists.

In 1993, they were #1 in Russia's first democratic elections:

So this party represents the Russian spirit the most if Putin didn't suppress them.

It is either the Communists or this party that stands the strongest chance in replacing Putin.

Russia under Putin promoted Orthodox Christianity. The only way to raise fertility rates is by having a very religious population. Communism made them atheists and this resulted in super low birth rates. Western Liberalism (EU) also makes people atheist and results in super-low birth rates.

If Putin's vision is successful, he could end up with a Greater Russia that has a stable fertility rate above 2.1, land that stands to benefit from climate change and a self-sufficient economy that can withstand Western sanctions (a new SWIFT system with China?). Even though he achieved that through evil methods (war and authoritarianism), if he succeeds it in the end that is pretty impressive.

russia's shit birthrate (like all european countries) is due to widespread atheism as well as mass immigration. they need to stop all the churkas and mosques or they will get replaced
