Sometimes trans people pass as the sex they are transitioning or did transition to. Also a lot of sex takes place when people are intoxicated anyway. It happens.

Being a fag is being homosexual. Being trans is when you identify as a sex other than the one you were born.

Legally it’s called rape by deception. It’s when someone has sex with you, but you have lied to them. If they would not have had sex knowing the truth then it’s a rape. A charge rarely brought. Historically it’s when a man lies about being wealthier or more important than he is to seduce a foid. Or swears to marry her if she fucks him. Stuff like that.

In some places up until a few years ago you were allowed to murder the person if you did it immediately after you found out.
