So yesterday I ate about 1000 kcal with almost no physical activity. Today I only ate about 400 from Tsatsiki and will have to eat some fatless pork and bread for my evening meal. Obviously this is a gigantic caloric deficit as my maintenance is around 2600. I am eating this little only as an experiment and also in order to shrink my stomach. This will make me yearn for less food during the week.
Anyhow I am asking skinnycels for advice. I need to shead some 7 kgs of fat, though realistically it will have to be 12kgs to aaccount for water weight and muscle loss. Tomorrow I will increase my intake by like 500 kcal. And try that for a week. Obviously I am at a deficit of more than 1000kcal so it is not sustainable, but i am curious to see how others deal with shaking off weight.
