Big disclaimer: Twink in this context means reaching the physique of a twink, ie low bodyfat, nothing to do with faggotry which i reject. It is obvious that buffed non chads have no chnace in the current day dating market ergo twinkmaxxing is necessary as low BF is the new gold standard.

So yesterday I ate about 1000 kcal with almost no physical activity. Today I only ate about 400 from Tsatsiki and will have to eat some fatless pork and bread for my evening meal. Obviously this is a gigantic caloric deficit as my maintenance is around 2600. I am eating this little only as an experiment and also in order to shrink my stomach. This will make me yearn for less food during the week.

Anyhow I am asking skinnycels for advice. I need to shead some 7 kgs of fat, though realistically it will have to be 12kgs to aaccount for water weight and muscle loss. Tomorrow I will increase my intake by like 500 kcal. And try that for a week. Obviously I am at a deficit of more than 1000kcal so it is not sustainable, but i am curious to see how others deal with shaking off weight.
 
this guy is 6'1 fatcel btw, the moment he lose fat he will probably be at least 6'1 MTN
 
I would suggest eating atleast 1500 calories a day, if you have such a large calorie deficit you are bound to give into the urges sooner or later

Use caffeine to kill your hunger in between meals in case you start felling hungry

And start walking daily, 10000 steps a day

You can use low calorie fruits to your advantage to keep yourself full between meals like watermelons or berries

This is what I did and I went from 80kg to 72kg in a span of 3 months

Also start lifting weights

At ond point I've had such low bodyfat that I could see the veins on my lower belly and I was lean af, but I alsoo had very low energy, bad sleep and low T.

Not worth it.

Yeah just increase your calorie consumption, if your maintenance calories is 2600 then 2000 - 2100 calories would be the ideal range.

Of course you can go lower for faster results as long as you can be consistent with it
