I was moved to another service wtf. 

How do I dress and how do I behave to be respected by ppl ? 

If I'm just being myself i'll end up being bullied within 1 week top.

You can't change your personality and looks in one day so you won't find a true answer in this thread.
If you want people to take you seriously you need to look high trust and that requires some good eye area and lower third.
Personality.. You need a lot of time to change it. If you are introverted then just forget about changing your personality

This is a hard question, but i can give you one more advice. Shake hands with everyone when meeting them for a first time. With men continue this tradition everyday, it will earn you some respect.
