America is big as fuck with a lot of variables so its hard to give all-encompassing answers and autistic niggas on this forum probably dont know much about the process of immigrating out of the third world. I would suggest looking at websites/forums specifically for people interested in moving to the US since they can probably give better plans and advice

Kyrgyzstan/Tajikistan and Armenia/Azerbaijan even went to war with each other because mods are asleep. Even Lukashenko is trying to distance himself from Russia and improve relations with the West lately (he's even done weird shit like congratulating Ukraine on their independence day ).

Since Russia is currently mobilizing their military more seriously than they ever did at any point in the Cold War the likelihood of them attacking more countries has also increased significantly. So even though Kazakhstan is nominally allies with Russia right now anything could happen basically. I would not want to be living in the former Soviet bloc at all right now for sure

Even the different parts of New York City (like Manhattan vs The Bronx) have wildly different prices and cost of living. The first step is probably to look into things like flights, visa etc and then look up details about the cost of living in the particular cities (or areas within them) that you're interested in living in

Since you're specialized in tech/programming, if you want to do something unconventional you could look into living in an English-speaking country in SEA like the Philippines and trying to find a job working for an American company remotely. I've heard of people doing this before (even actual Americans) but it seems like you would need to have everything fully planned out for it to work

The money they pay you would have a lot more purchasing power there and you would have a relatively good standard of life despite still being in a third world country if everything goes as planned
