The documentary "History's Verdict: Himmler" (the link is at the bottom) stated that, "SS doctors also accessed men were at least 1.7 meter tall (5'7"), and that the shape of the head, eye color, and physique were suitable. By contrast, his own (Himmler's) rodent-like features, and slender body were conveniently ignored, causing one Nazi party member to wisecrack, "If I looked like him, I would not speak of race at all".
Himmler's daughter came out looking just fine.
Himmler was a rat, he negotiated with the Allies, and the Jews who wrote the history books say that he took his own life. Oh well, at least we have this meme.
