I've only been able to do it a few times but yes. You have to NoFap for at least a few weeks and get good at meditation before hand though so it takes practice. It feels slightly different as well but you still cum and it feels good.

I used to make lube when I was younger. I'd mix some creams, gels and other cosmetics and then heat it in the microwave. Did wonders. Only downside is that you make a mess.
