Having irl friends makes you a normie in my opinion, if you have social skills and looks to maintain actual friendships you live in a different world than me and an average truecel. No woman would want to date an outcast, but if they notice that you have a well established friend group your smv immediately goes up a few points especially if you are a leader, I can't come up with a reason why would someone with friends be an incel.
Also friends can help you with getting different things done, you can rely on them and that improves your mental health a lot, it is a completely different life than life of a loner.
