Unless you are able to make it bigger. I am thinking of saving up the pennies over the next few years so I can get the Penuma implant. Yes there are allsorts of things that can go wrong and it costs thousands but if nothing else works for me, I will have nothing to lose. Obviously I wouldn't go into it lightly and it would be a major decision, I would do VERY extensive research and even consider other surgery options. The Penuma seems to be the most reliable though from what I've seen. Also in a few years' time they may have perfected it more and there may be other doctors performing it.
