Jokes aside, personality DOES matter. Between tow chads or tow 5/10 guys, who do you think a girl will choose? Obsviously, she will go for the one who is more sociable, more fun to spend time with, more extroverted, more optimistic.

Looks can get you in the dating game but when you compete with someone who is equal in terms of looks then your personality comes to play. And personality is so much more than just your character. Personality is your social circles, your status, the way your talk and hold yourself. All these things have to be on point these days. You can't afford to be introverted in the slightest or having weird hobbies.

In the age of facebook and social media, being talkative and having good communiaction skills is essential. You have to be able to keep up with al the social stuff that goes around you, go out, always meet new people, always expand your social circles, always be socially active. Competition is too high nowdays and it is required that you constatnly exhibit charism/socal skills in order to keep up with it.

You always have to entertain femoids, make them laugh, tell them interesting stories and generally, be fun to be around cause if you are not then she has no reason not to go for a guy who is equal, if not better, in terms of looks and more fun to be around.
