i am incel who follows 4 step skincare routine, condition and deep condition, gentle and clarify wash my scalp, body wash daily with antiperspirant nightly.

chad does not even know what any of these things mean, nor does he need to. but nothing beats going to bed clean as hell. once you start its hard to stop. esp if you wear sunscreen and get into double cleansing.

I havent washed any of my clothes or underwear in like a year now.

I wear my pants for like a week or two then just buy new ones and change them every 2 weeks or so or if they get too dirty.

Why should I care about my hygiene its just a waste of time. I keep it on life support, I dont wanna walk around in shitstains etc, but I do the bare minimum tbh, no point going above and beyond taking showers every day JFL
