havent gymcelled in over a month

yea as my name says i used to gymcel 5 days a week for over 6 years until now.. just lost motivation... my muscles are smaller i dont even wanna start Again.... Everything is a chore and depression is getting to me, I never understood people who say going to the gym is good for depression. If anything depression makes me NOT want to go the gym...
 
Just curious, what are your bench press, squat, and deadlift?
 
Honestly my frame is shit so I don't even see a point, but out of curiosity, has your body improved dramatically in terms of size and look before and after your started gym?

Stats: 5'7 200 pounds, BENCH:255 SQUAT 405X5 (Dont max out on squat) I dont deadlift because we never did it when i played football (USA version) our coaches just told us to bench squat and power clean so we only did those 3 and after i graduated i never really bothered to deadlift and here i am still not doing it.

Yeah I lost my motivation for working out and doing boxing a few months ago. I just want to rot.

I’ve gained a little weight as a result. Will try to lose that soon though because I never want to be a fat cunt.

If you're only 200 pounds then you're not a fatass. I'm atleast 210 but I'm also about six foot tall
 
I wouldn’t give it up completely. I would just tone it down or find a new exercise like a sport and look at the big picture. I personally don’t enjoy lifting weights but I do a full body exercise twice a week. remind myself of why I’m doing it. I also do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which gets me great exercise and is fun so I’m motivated to do it. Going to the gym 5 days a week by yourself is hard and I could understand how it could be hard to stay motivated. Id start again doing a little bit of gymcelling and work back up

Last time I checked my 175kg one rep max for bench press was higher than yours :p

I don’t do much legs tho so you probably beat me there


Sorry if I offend u calling you fatty I just assume we all wallow in misery together and insult each other here. On truthful things. Eg insult me all you want cos im ugly af XD

I’m 2/10 facially but still gym because it gives me a uniquely good feeling to lift heavy shit and to feel strong and powerful. It makes me extremely internally happy despite my face, hence I keep doing it cos I enjoy it
 
i don't think any cope works for long, you need to cycle them. i quickly got diminishing mental returns out of exhausting myself with exercise. there's 24 hours in a day you're not gonna spend it all exercising. and don't remind me of rest days... it's like the weekend when work is the only thing that kept you going and gave you structure

Been training since February 22 2017, I remember I came home from shopping mall at around 3pm with weight kit I bought that day, had my first session. Signed up to local gym 3 months after that. No roids, just extremely good legs and chest genetics. Had to work hard for 44.5cm arms, but chest was 106cm with little to no training and now 122cm with light chest training since last year. I don’t really train legs at all besides body weight squats between sets of other things, and have 63cm legs with some nice definition

I have strength in chest and legs, weak everywhere else somewhat. Not very strong biceps and triceps, but at least they look nice lol. Oh and I can do lots of wide grip pull-ups I suppose, like 25-30 from fresh start
 
It's ok to take a break. Gymcelling can get repetitive.
 
Last time I gymce'dl was like a month ago, I could go to the gym but I don't go unless my Dad goes with me.
 
Gymcelling is the biggest cope. Especially if you do it for youself in terms of "feeling better" like my brother do. He has a below looksmatch GF with 3 kids btw and they are both unhappy, i know because i live in their basement.
