So, what's wrong with the president of France? And what would happen if he did step down.?
First, you need to know equality and citizenship are very important to the French people. More important than in other "liberal democracy".
Most (if not all) of his measures meddle with the tax and scot system. The problem is it is becoming more and more obvious that these are merely changed in order to favor is rich clients who "gambled" on his victory during the election (he suppressed the ISF which was a tax that only affected millionnaires, and which will cost 5 billions to the state). Meanwhile, the poorest people can't buy anything after the 15th of the month, and that's a problem (but still, his newly issued tax on oil was supposed to touch them the most, and ironically, bring back the 5 billions the state lost with the previous measure). He also reduced the APL, which was a financial aid for the poorest people (notably students) to pay the rent.
Meanwhile, even if we pay more and more taxes every month, we see less and less public services, especially if we live far from great cities. He's also seen as an arrogant lesson giver piece of shit by the people, even if it's clearly not the image he tends to show to foreigners
All the previous revolutions in France were motivated by unfair taxations. If he steps down, he will still have to deal with the general sentiments of disaffection and hate against himself. Even the police and the army are getting fucked by his reform, which is clearly not a good sign for him.
If he steps down, he will have to disband the Assemblée Nationale and organize a new legislative election (which is what our constitution envisage in such case of crisis), because the people is clearly not satisfied with this NpC assembly where 70% of representatives are from his own tinpot party.
According to wikipedia it seems many people have been injured and a few have even died during these protests. I doubt any foid got hurt so badly. Probably pissed off incels taking the short end of the stick as usual, but I could be wrong.
You're right, if you look at the demonstration's vids, there are clearly 90% of males in the streets. All the people who were interpellated by the police were male, and I suppose incel material. I mean, Black Blocks, anarchist, stalinians, nazbols, royalists ... All these crazy movements are literally ugly male domains.
And no sound of mind Chad would meddle with politics, risk to be enjailed or do guerilla warfare in Paris right before Christmas time. Chad is probably too busy cuddling with his GF in front of some idiotic Netflix love fiction lol.
