Most of them really don't like hearing that their success with women is a result of something they can't control. They prefer to think its hard work and personal attributes that are the reason. Fitness YouTubers like Connor Murphy for example attribute his success to gymceling and physique. Not his godly lower third height and frame. They are most likely to spit the confidence self improvement bluepilled bullshit

This. In everything people like to pretend that they're succeeding because of their own control, no one likes to hear they were set to succeed from the beginning. Rich people, attractive people, white people, every advantaged peoples will vehemently deny their advantages when in reality very few people in those groups had to actually sacrifice a lot to get where they were.
