Some people have "pseudogynecomastia" which I presume is what you are referring too. This is indeed caused by excess fat storage in the chest area because of being overweight. However, this can be remedied by losing weight. True gynecomastia or "puffy nipples", is an overly developed breast gland behind the nipple and has less to do with fat storage in the chest, but being overweight during puberty has an affect on the growth of this gland (because as I explained, being fat = more estrogen = hormone imbalance).

My BMI is below 20. I have always been extremely skinny and I have been bullied for it throughout my life. Even though I'm considerably strong for someone who looks like a starving anorexic, I could never pick a fight with a fat ogre.

In my childhood and nowadays it's what makes my blood boil. That those fat asses are above me in smv and strength while simultaneously complaining about 'being fat'.
