Have any incels here ever met a non-incel who was genuinely sympathetic or understanding of your situation? Personally, I have a few friends who are sympathetic, but don't really understand inceldom (I am too afraid to explain it).

I did have some friends who were great blackpill thinkers in highschool and college. They all killed themselves though, and I am willing to bet it's because they were incels without hope of becoming successful in life.

No. The best I've received is a couple counselors pretending to be sympathetic and then dispose of me like the trash I am.
