i browse this forum in my public library all the time. People can see my screen but from a distance all they see is a bunch of words on a screen, so they can't identify what im looking at. I could be reading an article, doing research, studying or pretty much anything. They cant identify what I'm looking at on the computer unless they get close-up to where im sitting and actually stare at the screen for 10+ seconds to deduce what virtual activity im engaged in at that moment, but random strangers couldnt really care about what another random stranger is doing and even if they did, they wouldn't snoop as that would be an infringement of privacy and breach of personal space
