I had bad gastritis back in jan/feb and had to go hospital for it but im all good now except caffiene is one of the triggers that'll fuck me up again

I had to cancel gym too, but I bought it again now cause the gastritis made me lose weight and I look like a bitch (suifuel ) BUT now I have to fucking lift whilst feeling drowsy constantly jfl
