while I agree with you there really isn't a way to help prevent brocels from ending it. there's support nets for everyone and there's support nets for women. every time people say "seek help" they're just passing the ball to someone else and blaming you for reaching out to them.
I think it's very hypocritical of people (especially women) who say men do have support groups. see the support groups they're talking about are for everyone (and thus overburdened and underfunded) while women also get their own exclusive support groups with endless pockets. it's the whole "your money is our money and my money is my money" but on a societal scale

I've heard the old method for roping where you strap a mask to your face filled with helium from a some helium tank (the "Painless, Fast Suicide" picture you'd sometimes see posted to 4trans) apparently doesn't work anymore because nowadays they put in a tiny bit of oxygen alongside the helium so you can't suffocate anymore. Other methods, like dying from carbon monoxide poisoning in a garage by not opening the doors but having the car run, also don't work because of new "safety measures" they have these days too.
