The last year, I’ve really let myself go. I quit going to the gym and I basically never exercise and one of the last joys I have in life is food and alcohol. I’m about 15 lbs over my ideal body weight for my pathetic height. I have a beer belly going on. The main reason I want to do ozempic is so I don’t have to buy a new shirt. I’m JW if any fatcels have had any luck with it? I’m thinking about doing it for maybe a month.

tried it for a while in 2023. bad side effects and i think it messed up my pancreas.

did it for 3 months.
gave me horrible stomach problems and the shits. was hyped up as some miracle drug but i think i lost a grand total of 10 pounds over the 3 months. wasn't worth it.
