Nah it's not over most likely. From what I've gathered, Ukraine is trying to degrade Russia's supply and communication lines right now in preparation. They're trying to soften up the defenders enough to take kherson without enormous casualties. I've also read that Zelensky is pushing for an immediate attack and victory in opposition to his general's plans though. Hard to say with the info blackout from Ukraine right now.
