I actually found it to be quite effective, it looks real. I changed my eye color, I changed my skin color to look lighter and less like a deathnic, and I gave myself a fake six pack using photoshop and made my body look bigger and more muscular using photoshop. Hope it makes me just a little less sub human in the eyes of the cunt foids. Lets see.
