Yes, and it is a pain in the ass as you need two to three different computer apps to access it where even then it crashes often, mostly filled with edgelords, illegal sales, criminals, feds, terrorists, scammers, and unsavory people. Not all that exciting really.
Also, not everybody speaks English there, so have a language translator handy.

I was curious to see if there was a means to purchase a gun to deliver it in France (where it's illegal when you don't have the right to hold a gun, and they never allow guns for anyone who has been once in psychiatry).
So, a lot of people on the dark web sell guns and deliver them anywhere. They send them by a classical parcel delivery. To avoid the gun being detected by customs, they put the gun and its ammo in a toolbox full of metallic tools and bolts.
I've not bought it however because it was 1700€ for a simple gun with 30 rounds. And you have to pay in bitcoins too. I was willing to purchase this in order to commit suicide by weapon.
Also it is mostly Stupid Normies that want to be seen as cool and do drugs like the scumbag conformists they are.
