Literally, only slightly higher amounts of energy. But not like a crazy amount of energy. You won't be running up the walls or doing anything superhuman. You'll still wake up tired and unmotivated. It's just like a short, small boost to your energy. If you do have porn addiction though, it'll stop that shit. So that's probably like the only good pro.
